Choose from a variety of dance, cardio, strength training, and stretch-based classes designed to improve all aspects of physical fitness. Our classes are designed to help you build endurance, strength, power and flexibility while targeting major muscle groups. Each class is designed with all fitness levels in mind. All classes are offered virtually and in-person.

STRENGTH & SCULPT
Looking to get stronger, leaner, and more toned? This is the perfect class for you. This strength training workout uses dumbbells, resistance bands, and calisthenics to build a strong foundation in order to help you see optimal results. Walk out of class feeling powerful and confident with full-body exercises designed to increase muscle tone and energy levels.
PILATES
This mat-based class will build your strength and stability and sharpen your focus. A low impact workout designed to target smaller muscles to increase flexibility, core strength, and posture.This open level class will push you to reach your edge.
HIIT SCULPT
This high-intensity workout is a mix of cardio, strength training, and calisthenics. Push yourself with 45 minutes of fun designed to help you burn over 300 calories and sculpt your trouble areas.
DEEP STRETCH
Wind down with restorative postures, long holds, and guided breathing to lengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and train your nervous system for greater relaxation. This class is perfect for de-stressing, achieving deeper sleep, and enhancing muscle recovery. Hands-on assists offered.
Mats and yoga blocks are provided.
CORE SCULPT
Strengthen, sculpt, and shed belly fat! This class is designed to build a stronger core which helps support better posture, provide lower back relief, and increase overall stability. Designed with all fitness levels in mind.
BOOTCAMP EXPRESS
Crunched for time? This 30-minute class is the perfect burn for a quick full-body workout. Designed with all fitness levels in mind.
MOMMY & MINI
Workout with your mini in tow! This fun and invigorating post natal class helps to increase strength, support the pelvic floor, and decrease body fat.

ENERGIZING WEEKEND FLOW
Wake up your weekend with this all-levels yoga flow. Open to beginners and advanced alike, this class will jump-start your day as you sweat out the stress of the previous week and refresh for deeper connection to the present moment. This vinyasa style class activates each part of your body and features upbeat music designed to warm you up, open your heart and ground you for the day. Hands-on assists offered.
