Taylor is a Charlotte native and the owner and founder of Charlotte Fit. With a Masters Degree in Exercise Sport Science, Taylor applies behavioral and motivational techniques to promote healthy lifestyle practices among various populations.

Shayla Nyreé, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist, finds joy in helping others live a healthy lifestyle. One of her foundational beliefs is that your perspective and thoughts dictate the life you experience. So, she makes it a priority to help clients shift their thoughts about their relationship with food, exercising and, most importantly, themselves.
Some of Shayla’s staples to keep workouts fun and challenging are high intensity interval training, plyometrics, Tabata and strength training. However, she’s always exploring new regimens and ways to keep it fresh because she is dedicated to helping clients enjoy their health journey.
